At Washington Spirit Shop, we want you to wear your team colors with pride; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is in unworn and unwashed condition.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
